21 Jul Gentle, tender and ever so loving…

When new parent’s walk into my home studio, you can sense their love so full for one another and this new little blessing they brought into the world. They are proud, nervous, tender, soft spoken, and ever so gentle when handing their new baby. 

Hot tea is steeping, soft music is playing, fresh pastries being unwrapped from the bakery, I try to create the most intimate and relaxing atmosphere for the parents as well, because they deserve it.  It’s the first time they get to take a little break from the initial whirlwind days of being brand new parents.  Some bring a pillow and curl up to take a nap, while others watch with admiring eyes as I gently rock their baby to sleep.

Getting him or her ready for their first pose in front of the camera is always the most important shot for me, it’s my goal to create these memories for my clients. With each click of my camera, I am capturing one more sweet and innocent moment they will forever cherish and will become a piece of their story to share with others.

This sweet little girl, Aliza, came to my home and and she was an absolute dream to work with.  She was a little sleeping beauty and her photos were breathtaking.
